Kosher is a little bigger grain wise than regular table salt. It's pretty much like table salt but with no Iodide in it.. or any other additive with it. I like putting Kosher salt on home made fries.

Zeviel: A crock-pot is also called a SLOW COOKER. It is meant to cook slow so that you can assemble your dish, turn on the cooker and let it cook slow while you are sleeping or at work so that the food is done when you get home or wake up. Also cooking slow is a great way to cook foods such as pot roast. Try cooking that in 20 minutes.

wow...thanks for this recipe. i'd get myself a slow-cook crockpot. it's nice to prepare dinner early and spend the rest of the day watching more cooking videos. hehehe....

6-7 hours? i'd have to start cookin dinner at 11am lol me thinks i will use cooked rice and just stick it in the oven =P i have no idea what that pot is..
